We are making it easier to recognize what menu items are Farm Fresh with some very cool signs we received, thanks to our friends at The New England Dairy Council.

The first time we put "Farm Fresh Chocolate Pudding" on our menus we got A LOT of questions about it.

"How can pudding be farm fresh???"

The answer is quite simple: we make our pudding from scratch, meaning we mix the ingredients together rather than buying pre-made pudding.

What is the most important ingredient in pudding?

MILK!

And when we make recipes from scratch that call for milk - like mashed potatoes, pudding, some soups - we get gallons from a local farm in South Hadley, McCray's Farm.

So there you have it. Pudding that is farm fresh and VERY tasty; it's the best kind!

Want to use farm fresh milk at home? McCray's milk is now available at the South Hadley Big Y!
